Newcastle-based web design company Sleeky is planning a national expansion, following a solid year in which turnover increased by 70%.
The company offers services such as web design, graphic design, e-commerce and digital marketing in the Northeast and increasingly nationally.
Over the past 12 months the business has invested six figures in new people and improved services, and is now eyeing further growth and aiming for £2million in revenue as private sector organizations and public are increasing their investments in websites and digital presence.
New work has also been secured internationally, including with North American gamer platform and managed service provider Strive Gaming.
Additionally, the company secured a website design project from London-based Fight or Flight. Other clients include Malhotra Group and Newcastle University.
Managing Director David Chapman, who founded the company in 2009, said: “We have continued to invest in opportunities, develop relationships and expand our operations even during the darkest days of the pandemic. We are busier than ever, with the creative experience and technical skill support available to meet the needs of our clients, always under pressure to deliver their projects on time.
“We are excited about the future with a host of interesting and important clients talking to us now, which will support our growing national footprint and reinforce the North East’s reputation as a growing creative hotspot.”
