Digital Nicholson were recently approached by Health Care First Partnership who wanted a better online presence with a new website that was more accessible and easier to use for their patients. Additionally, they needed it to be custom designed so that it looked unique – which set it apart from other GP websites that often use the same templates.

Craig, owner of Nicholson Digital, said: “I’ve looked at many GP websites and most are cluttered, hard to navigate, extremely slow and not very accessible.”

Healthcare First Partnership ran 8 medical practices across West Yorkshire and they needed a website and digital platform to make everything more efficient for their patients and staff.

Working closely with Health Care First, Nicholson Digital was able to provide a better website to meet the needs of Health Care First and their patients – and here is what was achieved:

  • Custom design
  • Accessibility
  • Simplified navigation
  • Clear and helpful
  • Integrates with patient services
  • Simple and secure contact options
  • Easy to update
  • Newsletter section
  • Works well on all devices, from smartphones to tablets and PCs
  • Increased number of website visitors

“We are absolutely thrilled with our new fully functional digital website. Patient feedback has been very good and we have seen a tremendous increase in online activity, which is very important to us at Health Care First as part of our drive to make access to our services more convenient for our 32,000 patients. said Matthew Anderson, chief operating officer at Health Care First Partnership.

Nicholson Digital are Yorkshire based web designers and have just celebrated 10 years of activity. They are now eager to develop further websites for medical practices that are up to date, simplified and easy to use.
